SHN International GmbH is an internationally oriented company headquartered in Berlin, with an additional location in Düsseldorf. Our activities combine international trade, strategic sourcing and the coordination of industrial projects.

A key focus is on raw materials, food ingredients, machinery, production lines and packaging solutions for the food and confectionery industries. We do not view sourcing and trade as isolated activities, but as integral parts of broader value-chain and project structures. Our work often begins with a specific product, production or supply requirement. Based on this requirement, we identify and evaluate suitable supply sources, manufacturers, technologies and commercial structures. Depending on the respective setup, our activities may include direct trading, international sourcing, supplier coordination and the management of technical and commercial project interfaces.

For machinery and production equipment, our scope ranges from individual components and machines to complete production lines. In raw materials and food ingredients, the focus is on reliable sourcing and supply in line with defined specifications. Where appropriate, we also coordinate recipe development, process adaptation, production optimization and technical interfaces.

Our objective is to build long-term, professional relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and business partners. Clear requirements, transparent communication and solutions that fit the technical and commercial framework of each project are central to the way we work.
